Installation:
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\3DXChat\3DXChat_Data\Managed
2. Backup Assembly-UnityScript.dll (Rename it)
3. Download a dll file from bottom of the description and place it into the folder
4. Run 3DXChat
WARNING! If you update the game with this dll injected, you'll most likely end up having to reinstall whole game.
-No clipping -Ability to place furniture ontop of eachother and inside walls with no restrictions.
-No "floor" -Able to place furniture anywhere on the map, even outside the building.
-Object rotation -Smoother, 3° object rotations instead of 15°
-Object rotation -While drag mode, press "T" and "Y" to rotate around X-Axis, "U" and "I" to rotate around Y-Axis.
-Object lifting -While drag mode, press "Z" and "X" buttons while dragging an item in home editor to manipulate the altitudes of an item. "C" and "V" for higher speed.
-Link copying - Copy text without the name of the sender. Shift + click copies the old way.
-DJ Panel - Will not work even if you find it :P
-No clothes restrictions during sex poses.
-Clothes box positioned better.
-Chat now saves up to 50 messages instead of 20.
-Muted annoying ambient sounds and added a bind to mute everything but chat ("Y" while Main Menu up)

Thanks for the help hun but it's not working. I'm just going to figure out to how to reset the room and start from scratch! Everything moves so fast I have such a hard time positioning everything right. Third time is the charm I guess :s. You have been very sweet, thank you :D!

What do you mean can't be catched :P Did you throw them somewhere far far away? There's no undo or anything like that, but I suppose you can reset the room if you go to the official 3DXChat client and use Alex's dll :o
